April 5 - Let It Go Masterclass
A FREE masterclass for physically active humans who are done feeling overcommitted, overwhelmed, and exhausted.
You'll learn how to use your personal values to get 5 hr of your life back. Every. Single. Week.

When: April 5, 10-11am MDT
Where: Private Facebook group
Can't attend live? No problem! The replay will be available in the private Facebook group until April 12!

You'll walk away knowing how to...

  • Identify what's at the root of your need to overcommit so you can change it for good
  • Gain clarity on your personal values and how they can support you to drive positive change
  • To use your personal values to get your time back with a proven method

At the end of the masterclass, I'll be dropping a BRAND NEW group program!

Here's what I'll tell you:

  • I'm finally sharing my process for creating and maintaining positive mental health beyond exercise
  • Registration opens after my masterclass on April 5 and closes on April 16
  • The program starts April 19
